Mr. Vishal Ganar is a renowned Rehabilitation Psychologist, Counsellor & Guidance Worker, PG (Clinical Psychology), PG Dip in Guidance & Counseling, M Phil in Rehabilitation. He is a strong supporter of the Total Quality Rehabilitation Management (TQRM) that is followed internationally in countries like the United Kingdom (UK), Australia & other countries.
Mr. Vishal has got more than 15 yrs of experience in this field, meeting, talking & counseling more than 70,000 parents. The most dreadful thought of the parents was what would happen to their kids after them?
From being a consultant at UNO organization centre for justice and peace to service at national institutes to being a HOD at a reputed institute, the experiences gained helped to understand the nuances of services being provided in this field. That is when he decided to start Bhumika Foundation, which caters to Vocational Rehabilitation & Adult Independent Living Centre.
